1. When working on fully or partially charged panels, the maintenance equipment and operating equipment shall be separated by obvious signs.

2. The secondary winding with current transformer and voltage transformer shall have permanent and reliable protective grounding.

3. When working on the secondary circuit of current transformer in operation, the following safety measures shall be taken:

3.1 it is strictly forbidden to disconnect the current circuit.

3.2 in order to reliably short-circuit the secondary coil of current transformer, short-circuit strip and short circuit must be used, and wire winding is prohibited.

3.2 it is prohibited to carry out any work on the circuit and conductor between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal.

4. When working on the secondary circuit of voltage transformer in operation, the following safety measures shall be taken:

4.1 strictly prevent short circuit or grounding

4.2 insulating tools and gloves shall be used. If necessary, relevant relay protection devices shall be stopped before work.

4.3 when connecting temporary loads, special switches and fuses must be installed.

4.4 during the power on test of the secondary circuit, in order to prevent the primary reverse voltage transformation from the secondary side, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse should also be removed& nbsp;

4.5 before the power on or voltage withstand test of the secondary circuit, the operator on duty and relevant personnel should be notified, and someone should be sent to guard the site, check the circuit, and pressurize after confirming that no one is working.

4.6 the personnel who check the power-off protection and secondary circuit are not allowed to carry out any switching operation without the permission of the personnel on duty.
